Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Eric DeRusha decided to become a chiropractor when he turned 19. After suffering from chronic migraines most of his life and trying everything possible to get relief he turned to chiropractic care which eliminated his migraines. This change in his life grew into a passion to help others eliminate pain.

He attended Life Chiropractic College in Georgia and graduated in March of 1996. After graduation he started as a chiropractic intern and worked closely with the very doctor that helped him eliminate his headaches. In May of 2001 he opened his own clinic, Paint Creek Chiropractic Center in a small office in Oakland Township Michigan.

Since then, Paint Creek Chiropractic has grown to his current location in September in 2011 on Main Street in downtown Rochester. During this time he has expanded to include many natural health services. In 2002, he became one of the first chiropractors in Michigan to complete post-graduate certification in Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) method of chiropractic care. There are currently only 10 CBP certified chiropractors in Michigan. March of 2010 Dr. DeRusha became one of the first doctors in the country to add the newly advanced MLS Cold Laser Therapy, the additional reducing pain option.

He now specializes in a full range of treatment to help his patients with spinal subluxation, laser for relief from pain and specific nutrition counseling.
